Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing preferred.
• Not more than 2 moving violations or reportable accidents in 3 years.
• No DUI or fatal accidents in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions. Take head counts during hourly runs and document in log.
• Monitor client movement and sign-out book; manage belongings.
• Coordinate in‑house activities per schedule (chores, breaks, meals, visits).
• Maintain accurate daily census; report infractions to staff.
• Conduct client orientation sessions and morning meetings.
• Transport or assist clients to appointments when needed.
• Conduct room searches and random searches as directed.
• Deny access to unauthorized persons.
• Supervise medication administration as directed.
• Perform routine room checks and safety inspections.
• Report unauthorized absences per protocol.
• Monitor urinalysis and breathalyzers as instructed.
• Oversee daily program activities including meals and medications.
• Inspect facility security and safety; perform fire drills and equipment checks.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and weekly inspections.
• Maintain sanitation and pest control; manage supplies storage and repairs.
• Handle weather-related facility maintenance.
