Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Not more than 2 moving violations or reportable accidents in last 3 years.
• No DUI or fatal accidents in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Screen and process new admissions and document movements.
• Monitor client movement and sign-out book; supervise medication as directed.
• Coordinate activities based on daily schedule and visits.
• Maintain accurate census and report incidents to staff.
• Conduct orientation sessions and morning meetings as directed.
• Transport or assist clients to medical or other appointments.
