Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years in behavioral health or addiction recovery.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain during orientation.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care by conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on addiction recovery processes and self-care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain confidential documentation.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects patient dignity.
