Job summary

Rosecrance Griffin Williamson in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee clients with addiction, delivering daily counseling sessions (individual, group, and education) in a safe, therapeutic setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive addiction treatment for clients and families, supporting sustainable recovery and guiding them through recovery principles in daily life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of addiction treatment experience or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
• Must have own transportation
• CADC certification or able to be certified within 24 months

Responsibilities

• Oversee clients with addiction, providing daily counseling sessions (individual, group, and educational activities).
• Collaborate within a team to deliver comprehensive addiction treatment services to clients and families.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they navigate addiction challenges toward sustainable recovery.
• Maintain client service records consistent with laws, rules and regulations.
