Rosecrance Griffin Williamson in Rockford, IL seeks a Unit Specialist to oversee clients with substance use disorder, delivering counseling and coordinating treatment plans in a therapeutic setting. HS/GED required; CADC or LSW/LPC eligibility within 2 years; strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Schedule is Fri/Sat 3:00PM-11:30PM, on-site with opportunities for shift differentials and CADC incentives.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field preferred.
• Illinois CADC or licensed LSW/LPC within 2 years of employment in substance use disorder required/supercedes CADC.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to prescribed work hours and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Provide direct counseling and supervision of clients with substance use disorder.
• Implement therapeutic activities and coordinate client recreational activities.
• Monitor clients with counselors to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Schedule and conduct individual sessions to support treatment objectives.
• Deliver lectures for clients, parents, and community resources; maintain client service records.
