Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or SUD settings is valued.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide care in a client-centered manner.
• Collaborate with treatment team to develop recovery plans.
• Facilitate groups using evidence-based curriculum.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support clients in achieving recovery goals and barriers removal.
