Area Substance Abuse Council in Clinton, IA is seeking a Recovery Support Professional to empower individuals on their path to sobriety. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support patients on their treatment journey.
The role includes supervising patients outside of treatment, documenting observations, leading skill development sessions, handling medication storage, and transporting patients to appointments.

Qualified candidates will have a high school degree, a genuine desire to help others, and a stable job history. Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Education in a human services field or residential treatment environment is preferred but not required. Additionally, candidates will be required to work at least ONE weekend day per week.
ASAC offers competitive compensation starting at $18.90/hour with additional compensation for evening, overnight, and weekend differentials.
