ASAC in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Recovery Support Supervisor to oversee Recovery Support Professionals and Leads at the Lost & Found Mens Residential Facility, ensuring continuity and effectiveness.
You will manage scheduling, interview candidates, train staff, ensure 24/7 coverage, monitor medication procedures, coordinate transportation, and compile reports while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.

As a Recovery Support Supervisor, you will supervise the Recovery Support Professionals and the Recovery Support Professional Leads assigned to the Lost & Found Men's Residential Facility location to provide program continuity and maximize program effectiveness.
Qualified applicants will have an AA or BA in a human services or management related field. A HS Diploma/GED and experience leading staff or experience in a residential treatment environment or related field may be substituted for educational requirements. Knowledge of SUD treatment, human services, leadership and management is required, and the ability to use and work well with technology is important. Additionally, qualified candidates must be able to maintain a valid driver's license and possess and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) in accordance wit the organization's background policy.
ASAC offers competitive compensation, this role starts at $60,000 per year with additional compensation for candidates with extensive experience.
