Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals for a part-time role in a women’s addiction recovery program.

You will provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents, assist with medication monitoring and documentation, help with meals and daily living skills, and respond to emergencies within a trauma‑informed, gender‑specific environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
