Job summary

Rock Health is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) to support women in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program. You will provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents, while assisting with medications and daily living tasks.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently with professional boundaries, and a compassionate demeanour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents

• Perform meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
