In this role, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment to help residents build healthy, sober lives. Key responsibilities include

• monitoring resident well-being and documenting observations
• administering or monitoring medications
• assisting with meal prep, housekeeping, and daily tasks
• responding to emergencies and supporting treatment goals
• transporting residents to appointments and community activities
• collecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer tests
• facilitating educational and life skills activities
• attending staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Preferred skills are experience in human services or behavioral health, coursework in related fields, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and valid driver's license. DHS 83 training is advantageous but can be completed after hire. Local community travel may be required.
