Job summary

Granite Recovery Center in New Hampshire is seeking a Full Time Recovery Support Specialist to supervise clients non-clinically, support growth opportunities, and help enforce policies while adhering to the 12 Steps in real life situations.

Need to observe medication administration, transport clients to meetings and appointments, and assist in admissions and EMR documentation. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and compassionate client support.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and NH driving record checks.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with or knowledge of 12-step recovery is a plus.
• Some computer proficiency and comfortable with basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of clients and meeting deadlines with strong customer service.
• Observe and supervise medication administration and maintain logs.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes, including documentation.
• Transport clients to meetings, medical appointments, and gym sessions.
• Document behavioral observations and log information in the EMR.
