Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Certification required within 6 months.
• Mental Health First Aid certification required within 6 months.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Educate individuals on how to navigate treatment, social service and recovery systems.
• Develop and monitor Recovery Plans with individuals and families.
• Attend weekly Staffing meetings and participate in case reviews.
• Maintain regular charting in the EMR and document appointments, emails, and calls.
