Qualifications

• 1+ years in luxury or high-end customer service.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or athletic recovery.
• Comfort with desktop, mobile, and tablet tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, check them in/out, manage consent forms.
• Maintain client records and keep retail shelves organized.
• Handle appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and rebookings.
• Sell memberships and create packages based on visit history.
• Follow up with new leads and extend personalized offers.
• Manage staff scheduling based on demand and bookings.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts for professional and retail products.
• Coordinate services for group bookings, including deposits and contracts.
• Review invoices to ensure correct processing of packages, memberships, discounts.
