Recoverie in New York City is seeking a Wellness Experience Sales Advisor to welcome guests, guide them through transformative therapies, and turn first visits into lasting memberships. You’ll be the first smile members see and the voice that communicates the value of our wellness offerings with warmth and authenticity.

This part-time role offers weekday and weekend shifts, a compensation range of $24–$28 per hour plus monthly commissions, and a clear growth path to leadership as Recoverie

• Drive Membership & Sales: Use your natural people skills and intuition to convert first-time visitors into loyal members. Communicate the value of our services to inspire sign-ups and repeat bookings.
• Create Impact Through Sales: Use consultative selling and genuine connection to show how our therapies can help members sleep better, recover faster, and live with more energy.
• Personalized Onboarding: Make first-time members feel at home from the start. You'll walk them through our therapies, build trust, and set them up for long-term success.
• Operational Flow: Keep our space running smoothly—monitor equipment, manage bookings, and support therapists so every guest gets the five-star experience.
• Growth & Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and stay on top of trends. We’re building a new category of wellness, and we want your creativity and input.
• Handle the Unexpected: Whether it's a late arrival or last-minute change, you stay cool, find solutions fast, and always keep the member’s experience front and center.
• Community Outreach: Represent Recoverie at events, partnerships, and activations to bring new members into the fold.
