Responsibilities

• Building strong, therapeutic relationships with youth in our care
• Maintaining a structured environment by enforcing rules and applying consistent consequences
• Collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to support each youth’s treatment plan
• Overseeing evening (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) operations, including shift documentation and incident reporting
• Supervising, coaching, and providing regular feedback to Recovery Specialists
• Assisting with staff development and performance evaluations in partnership with leadership
• Communicating professionally with families, caseworkers, and external partners as needed
• Maintaining all required training and certifications and participating in the on-call rotation

Required Qualifications
