Responsibilities
- Building strong, therapeutic relationships with youth in our care
- Maintaining a structured environment by enforcing rules and applying consistent consequences
- Collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to support each youth’s treatment plan
- Overseeing evening (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) operations, including shift documentation and incident reporting
- Supervising, coaching, and providing regular feedback to Recovery Specialists
- Assisting with staff development and performance evaluations in partnership with leadership
- Communicating professionally with families, caseworkers, and external partners as needed
- Maintaining all required training and certifications and participating in the on-call rotation

Required Qualifications
