Services include individual, family, and group therapy, parenting education and more. The Recovery Specialist position is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.**Job Description:*** **Schedule: Per diem –** **Must work a minimum of two (2) shifts a month & any available shift (2 minimum).****The Recovery Specialist’s Responsibilities Are:*** Providing support to women & families throughout the stages of their recovery* Collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor and fellow colleagues to ensure client progress* Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor* Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures* Observes and supervises buildings and grounds* Provides transportation to families as necessary**Qualifications:*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* Experience working with substance use population is preferred* Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred**Pay Range:**$20.00 – $24.38The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
