Qualifications

• Minimum two years uninterrupted recovery experience.
• Eligible to pursue CRS or CFRS credential.

• Knowledge of MAT and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support services and case management.
• Coordinate care with MAT team and primary care providers.
• Utilize strength-based case management and motivational interviewing.
• Educate on recovery resources, risk reduction, and adherence.

• Engage in on-call duties as required and maintain documentation.
