Qualifications

• Minimum of two years uninterrupted recovery.
• CRS or CFRS certification eligibility required.
• Previous education/experience with drug and alcohol programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recovery services, patient care coordination, and treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of service provision.
