Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in Aldan, PA is seeking a Recovery Specialist for the Residential Recovery Program. This full-time role offers $18/hour and a collaborative team environment focused on rebuilding daily living skills and independence.

You will guide residents, provide recovery-oriented counseling, and assist with meals, transportation, and medication administration while maintaining documentation and supporting individual goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience or equivalent.
• Strong communicator who works independently and on a team.
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset.
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4-5 residents).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills - self-care, budgeting, and medication education.
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van.
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards.
• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments.
• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records.
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution.
• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals.

Aldan, PA | $18/hour | Full-Time Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a Recovery Specialist with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures - all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4-5 residents.

Shifts Available

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Guide residents through daily living skills - self-care, budgeting, and medication education
