Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and collections software.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate credit losses and process Negative Shares.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
• Monitor and respond to customer communications.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Fraud teams.
• Prepare reporting on Negative Shares.
