Qualifications

• Certified Recovery Specialist Certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals experiencing homelessness to identify housing and necessary supports to prevent relapse
• Act as a liaison between landlords and clients
• Provide ongoing case management and referrals to help clients become self-sufficient
• Work with treatment teams to support recovery
