Brighton Center, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Services Supervisor in Florence, KY.

The role provides supervision, leadership, and program management for residents in Phase 2 of Brighton Recovery Center for Women, including oversight of Case Managers and Peer Mentors, with cross-training to support intake supervision. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, facilitating groups, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance, while advancing the agency’s mission and core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College experience and supervision experience preferred.
• Familiarity with parenting, mental health, domestic violence, and chemical dependency treatment recovery preferred.
• Must complete Recovery Dynamics training and additional re-entry program training.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with respect to culture, sexual orientation, and race/ethnicity.
• If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum continuous sobriety of one year and participate in an active recovery program.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and daily program operations to ensure quality service delivery and program stability.
• Train and supervise Peer Mentors and case managers.
• Facilitate classes or groups and support direct-report staff as needed.
• Conduct and utilize appropriate assessment skills and techniques.
• Ensure resident surveys and data are up to date.
• Track and monitor the progress of customers.
• Ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, Change Team meetings, and agency activities to build leadership skills.

Purpose:

To provide s upervi sion, leader s hip, and program management to meet the needs of the r es id e nts in Phase 2 components of Brighton Recovery Center for Women (BRC) as well as alumni. The Recovery Services S up e rvisor will be responsible for training a nd supe rvising Case Manager(s) as well as Peer Mentor s. The Recovery Services Supervisor will be cross-trained with the Intake Supervisor for s upport, coverage , and to share r espo nsibilities. Additionally, the Recovery Services Supervisor will make s ure that effective service delivery i s provided while maintaining a focus on the agency's mission and core values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prov ide oversight and daily progr a m ope rati ons to ensu r e quality service delivery. Ensure the stability and consistency of th e program model.
