Job summary

The Mental Health Association - Western MA is looking for a Shift Supervisor for the GRIT COE RRS programs. This position involves mentoring staff, supporting residents in recovery, and ensuring adherence to program policies. You will lead daily operations and act as a liaison between staff and leadership.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma and experience in a relevant environment. The role offers competitive pay of $20-$22 per hour and contributes positively to the recovery community.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
• Ability to work M-F mid-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.
• Oversee resident financials and program tasks.
