Job summary

CarePlus New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager of Addiction Recovery Services to oversee the operational and strategic delivery of our recovery programs. You will lead and supervise a diverse team including Case Managers, Peer Recovery Specialists, and Therapists, helping clients toward wellness.

Based in Paramus, NJ with on-site shifts, you will coordinate staffing, clinical documentation, and program performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field as required.
• Current professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT and LCADC) required by regulations.
• 2+ years of clinical services experience with diverse populations and crisis work.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by agency insurance.
• Willingness to pursue Clinical Supervision certification for supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to staff to enhance skills, leadership, and administration.
• Offer ongoing support to ensure completion of job responsibilities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: hiring, scheduling, customer service, documentation, triage, workflow, and task assignments.
• Uphold supervisory responsibilities per agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate productivity and documentation of service delivery.
• Assist clients with concrete services, advocacy, care coordination, and referrals.
• Lead educational and supportive group sessions on mental health and addiction topics.
