Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, recovery, or healthcare settings.
Must be able to obtain a Class D License within 30 days of hire.
Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive orientation for new clients.
Lead and facilitate educational and psychoeducational groups.
Complete intake and admission procedures.
Administer and document Urine Analysis testing.
Maintain detailed progress notes and shift reports.
Transport clients safely to medical appointments.
Facilitate structured recreational and wellness activities.
Identify and de-escalate potential behavioral incidents.
Collaborate with the treatment team for client updates.
