Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, recovery, or healthcare settings.
• Must be able to obtain a Class D License within 30 days of hire.
• Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive orientation for new clients.
• Lead and facilitate educational and psychoeducational groups.
• Complete intake and admission procedures.
• Administer and document Urine Analysis testing.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and shift reports.
• Transport clients safely to medical appointments.
• Facilitate structured recreational and wellness activities.
• Identify and de-escalate potential behavioral incidents.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for client updates.
