Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical, recovery-oriented support to program residents.
• Offer emotional support, mentorship, and advocacy using lived experience.
• Coordinate with mental health professionals on treatment plans.
• Assist clients with appointments and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate client encounter records and write recovery reviews.
• Ensure client confidentiality and report safety concerns promptly.
