Centerstone is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist to support clients in developing recovery goals, building coping skills, and navigating community resources.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, facilitate safety plans, and assist with crisis interventions, transportation to appointments, and linkage to care, while drawing on lived experience to inspire progress. The role emphasizes empowerment, respectful collaboration, and commitment to quality care across settings in Indiana.

Competenze

• Must have excellent communication and basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• PRS certification required or must become certified within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Verbalize understanding of recovery and articulate it to clients.
• Assist clients in identifying strengths and recovery steps.
• Coordinate crisis intervention and linkage to care.
• Transport clients to appointments and resources.
• Complete screens/assessments per protocols.
