Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sustained personal recovery experience from a mental health and/or substance use disorder.
• Familiarity with principles of recovery.
• Certified PRS preferred; registration in progress required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support services at PCS offices, local emergency department, and possibly home visits.
• Offer non-clinical peer-to-peer activities to empower individuals toward health, recovery, resiliency and wellness.
• Communicate respectfully and effectively with individuals, groups, agency staff, and community partners.
