Job summary

Accountable is hiring in Washington to drive referral growth, with Associate or Manager levels depending on experience. You will build relationships with treatment centers, clinicians, and community partners, and operate predominantly in the field.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and maintain CRM discipline, territory planning, and compliance. Compensation includes base and performance bonuses, with level based on market relationships and outcomes in WA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales, community outreach, admissions, or business development.
• Experience in behavioral health or related field is helpful.
• Real referral relationships in WA or ability to build them quickly.
• CRM discipline with same-day logging is expected.
• Independent yet collaborative, not territorial.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a territory plan with leadership across WA markets.
• Focus on treatment centers, clinicians, discharge planners, and staff.
• Sell consultatively and assess client needs before pitching.
• Run in-services and attend coalition meetings and events.
• Log activity and opportunities in the CRM the same day.
• Protect the brand and ensure fast handoffs with partners.
• Know your numbers and adjust activities to meet targets.
