The Recovery Village in Tacoma/Olympia is seeking a Community Outreach Sales Associate to grow our network of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations, and to drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach.

You will build consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare while representing a nationally recognized treatment organization in your market.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, sales, business, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in business development or referral relations.
• Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a territory of referral partners, including hospitals, providers, and community organizations
• Build strong, consultative relationships and serve as a trusted resource in behavioral healthcare
• Drive admissions through ethical, relationship-based outreach
• Represent a nationally recognized treatment organization within your market
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in business development, referral relations, or relationship management required
• Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards

Benefits

• Associate level pay: 75k - 85k based on experience
• Coordinator level pay: 85k-100k based on experience
  • Strong earning potential with performance-based incentives
• Vacation: 2 weeks in year one, increasing with tenure
