Job summary

You Are Accountable, LLC is hiring in Florida to drive referral growth. You may join as an Associate or Manager depending on your background. Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or business development in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience in treatment/referral networks is a plus.
• Ability to build lists, knock on doors, and convert leads into referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory plan covering your market’s referral sources.
• Focus on treatment centers, clinicians, discharge planners, and alumni coordinators.
• Develop clinical, legal, and employer/referral partner relationships.
• Sell consultatively and determine fit honestly with referrers.
• Lead in-services and attend coalition meetings and conferences.
• Maintain fast handoffs and continuous CRM updates.
• Share insights on messaging, competitors, and outreach results.
