Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable.
• 5–7 years of management/supervisory/project management experience; claims management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and mentors Subrogation Recovery and Total Loss Specialists to maximize recoveries.
• Establishes and revises SOPs for subrogation, recoveries and total losses; supports cross‑departmental processes.
• Interacts with corporate and field staff on escalated losses requiring contract/insurance guidance.
• Evaluates performance, prepares appraisals, and participates in hiring and training for new staff.
• Analyzes claims via random audits to ensure contractual obligations, settlements and recoveries.
• Manages relationships with third‑party firms (appraisers, collection agencies, attorneys).
• Performs other projects and tasks as assigned.
