You will serve as primary contact for customers navigating the total loss process, translate complex recovery matters for leadership, and coordinate with senior executives to drive financial outcomes while preserving strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• CSRP/AIC/ARM helpful but not required.
• 3–5 years in total loss or liability claims preferred.
• Experience negotiating with insurers and commercial customers.
• Knowledge of contract language including leases and rental agreements.
• Understanding of insurance claims principles and subrogation theory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and claims/risk management systems.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Liability investigation to establish facts and determine recovery path.
• Documentation and evidence gathering for recovery substantiation.
• Demand preparation and settlement negotiations to maximize recovery.
• Stakeholder communication and status management across teams.
• Financial resolution, reconciliation, and invoicing of recoveries.
• File documentation, diary management, and timely follow-ups.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
