Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior related experience.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and SCRA.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Experience with inbound/outbound phone system preferred.
• Intermediate computer and typing skills.
• Basic skip tracing skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve delinquency on vehicle loans with timely payments and identify root causes.
• Assist Members by offering personalized repayment options and plans.
• Work on charged-off loans via calls, written and electronic communications.
• Manage specialized queues for defaulted repayment plans and negotiate settlements.
• Refer accounts for litigation review when needed and coordinate with management.
• Assist with monthly audits and reporting, including 1099-C tax forms.
