HER Campaign seeks a Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist to join its ASAM 3.3 residential program. This non-clinical role uses lived experience to engage residents, promote recovery, and connect clients with community resources under clinical supervision.

Requirements include CBHPSS certification in Montana, ongoing credential maintenance, and a high school diploma or GED. Evening and weekend shifts may be required in a structured residential setting.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CBHPSS certification required at time of hire.
• Certification verification must be provided prior to hire.
• Continued employment contingent upon maintaining certification/credentialing.
• High school diploma or GED required; related behavioral health education preferred.
• Lived experience with recovery is required for the role.

Responsabilités

• Provides non-clinical peer support using lived experience to validate client experiences and promote recovery.
• Acts as a recovery mentor to the interdisciplinary team regarding engagement in services.
• Helps clients build a stable recovery lifestyle through supports and resources.
• Models recovery-oriented behaviors and supports active engagement in programming.
