A robust behavioral health service provider in Billings, MT seeks a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join their team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will leverage your lived experience in recovery to provide essential peer support and mentorship to clients engaged in treatment programs. Responsibilities include facilitating support groups, collaborating with clinical staff, and helping clients navigate their recovery journey. Candidates must hold a current Montana Peer Support certification and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Montana Certified Peer Support Specialist certification.
• Lived experience in recovery from substance use or co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Demonstrated understanding of recovery-oriented systems of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to clients using lived recovery experience.
• Facilitate peer-led groups and model recovery-oriented behaviors.
