Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of psychosocial rehab experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and enroll new members; develop a Recovery Plan.
• Mediate and advocate for housing, health benefits, entitlements.
• Visit members in residence, hospital, or jail as needed.
• Transport members to appointments and errands when appropriate.
• Document program activities and record 5 hours of interventions daily.
