Job summary

Team Recovery Ohio, LLC is seeking a Recovery Housing Technician to support and monitor residents in our housing program. The role includes orientation, transportation, safety checks, and acting as a liaison between residents and treatment providers.

Education required is a High School Diploma or GED, with CPR/BLS certification required or training provided. A valid driver's license and insurable driving record are essential, along with a minimum of one year in behavioral health or related areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification required, will train.
• Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, be 21 years or older, and be deemed insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Monitors housing resident behavior and provides support and guidance through the recovery process.
• Reminds clients of the program rules and regulations as necessary, reports infractions.
• Performs rounds at all properties and all residents.
• Performs room and unit inspections, as well as property and medication inspections for new admissions and existing residents.
• Prepares for new admissions, cleaning, preparing rooms and beds, and doing house laundry.
• Drives company vehicle to transport clients.
• Responds to incidents and completes required documentation.
• Participates in weekly house meetings and ensures safety of residents.
