Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Human Services preferred.
• At least two years of professional experience with clients with behavioral health needs.
• Knowledge of homelessness' physiological, psychological, social, and economic effects.
• Ability to develop multicultural competency in a behavioral health setting.
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and crisis intervention in a recovery house setting.
• Coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other services.
• Support residents in maintaining housing and fostering community integration.
