Job summary

PMHCC, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Recovery House Project Assistant to provide administrative support for the Recovery House Initiative and coordinate daily operations.

The role focuses on referral intake, data management, reporting, and preparing documents for unit meetings. The candidate will collaborate across departments and with external city partners to ensure compliant operation of recovery houses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; pursuing an Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in a government, business, or non-profit setting is acceptable.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily gatekeeping of referrals and logging/referral pool.
• Fields calls and emails about Recovery House referrals and questions.
• Manages and tracks data for the unit as needed.
• Completes the Daily Recovery House Census and reports.
• Assists with licensing requirements and DDAP reporting.
• Prepares and shares documents and reports including monthly reviews.
• Manages meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to support operations.
• Tracks training for personnel on licensing and protocols.
• Participates in planning activities, trainings, and presentations.
