Responsibilities include maintaining the living environment, coordinating with staff, and documenting care per agency standards. Requires a high school diploma, driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification (or within 90 days).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Human Services with responsible work history.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; CPR & First Aid Certification required or must obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Maintains physical environment and program standards.
• Monitors medications of all residents.
• Transfers information to staff regarding the day’s events.
• Teaches residents in rehab areas: nutrition, healthy living, budgeting, and basic home care skills.
• Prepares and facilitates educational and skill-building groups and interventions.
• Collaborates with providers and families as needed.
• Maintains documentation in compliance with agency standards.
