Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Clarksville, IN is hiring full-time Group Facilitators for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will lead group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups, helping clients develop healthy coping skills and recovery tools.

Work closely with the clinical team to monitor progress, document sessions, and escalate significant concerns to the Clinical Director. Indiana licensure or CADAC/LMHC/LMFT is required; one year in treatment preferred, and sobriety if

Qualifications

• Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Minimum one year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in Indiana.
• If in recovery, at least one year sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups tailored to client needs.
• Help clients develop coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor client progress and challenges.
• Escalate significant concerns to the Clinical Director promptly.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all sessions and charting.
