Avenues Recovery Center in Clarksville, IN is seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to lead group therapy and support detox and residential clients. You will guide psychoeducation, coping skills, and recovery tools within a compassionate team.

Indiana licensure or CADAC/LAC/LMHC/LMFT required; one year in the treatment field preferred. Join a program offering detox, residential care, PHP, IOP and outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Must hold Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT).
• Min. one year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in Indiana.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups designed to meet client challenges.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills and recovery tools.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to monitor client challenges and progress.
• Escalate significant client concerns to Clinical Director.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions conducted.
• Ensure all clinical assessments and client charting are completed.
