• Must hold one of the NC substance use credentials listed.
• Experience providing community-based or outpatient services.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, community-based services to individuals with co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans with CST partners.
• Support symptom monitoring, education, and recovery-focused interventions.
• Help clients build coping and daily living skills for long-term recovery.
• Participate in crisis planning and ongoing care coordination.
• Assist with authorization renewals to ensure uninterrupted services.
