Pathways to Life, Inc. is seeking a CST Qualified Professional to support adults facing mental health and substance use challenges in community settings across North Carolina.

You will deliver intensive, community-based services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to promote recovery and well-being. This role emphasizes meeting members where they are, delivering crisis support, skill development, and care coordination to remove barriers to stability and independence, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and a minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience working with adults.
• Bachelor's Degree in a non-Human Services field and a minimum of four (4) years of post-graduate experience working with adults.
• Master's Degree in a Human Services field and a minimum of one (1) year of post-graduate experience working with adults.
• Master's Degree in a non-Human Services field and a minimum of two (2) years of post-graduate experience working with adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive community-based interventions to adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
• Coordinate care and connect individuals to community resources to support recovery.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, stability, and wellness in the community.
