Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist or eligibility for certification is required.
• 1 year of experience working with the population served.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to provide advice and support per treatment plan.
• Assist in peer support groups and daily decision making.
• Support clients in finding resources and community activities.
• Accompany clients to meetings and advocate for consumer needs.
• Foster healthy relationships and empowerment skills.
