Guild Services is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide supportive services in a residential setting for adults with serious mental illness. The role includes crisis support, medication administration, and collaborative care with a multi-disciplinary team in St. Paul, MN.

Hours include days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Must ensure HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and culturally sensitive care while promoting recovery and stability for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field with 2,000 hours of service experience OR
• Minnesota credential pathway with 2,000 hours supervised experience OR 4,000 hours supervised experience.

Responsabilités

• Teach coping strategies to support clients in managing mental health symptoms.
• Model living skills: hygiene, nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, and using public transportation.
• Review client records to understand history and needs.
• Communicate with team to navigate crisis situations.
• Administer medications and document in electronic medical record (EMR).
• Orient new clients to policies and procedures and reinforce as needed.
• Conduct hourly safety checks.
• Complete daily documentation each shift.
• Promote inclusive, diverse, and culturally sensitive community; maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
