Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in employment counseling or vocational rehabilitation with adults.
• Familiarity with self-help recovery model and its relevance to vocational services.
• Ability to independently make informed decisions affecting employment outcomes.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office suite and online research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and present at disposition meetings.
• Develop an Individual Work Plan and contract for each client.
• Co-facilitate job search workshops and assist clients with job strategies.
• Provide ongoing support in obtaining employment and related referrals.
• Maintain case records and participate in staff meetings and training.
