Resources for Human Development (RHD) in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for the Rise Above Program. This full-time, salaried role leads a clinical team, provides supervision, ensures compliant documentation, and supports program development to deliver recovery-oriented care.

You will work with the Program Director to monitor systems, oversee clinical services, and collaborate with stakeholders to promote trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a health or human service agency; 1 year with chemically dependent individuals.
• Strong communication and independent judgment; willingness to lead and supervise.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of clinical services and interventions.
• Supervise clinicians and support their professional development.
• Conduct monthly documented supervision sessions and employee evaluations.
• Oversee DUI services, documentation, and program content.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
• Promote trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment and quality improvement.
